Body: 8 Weeks Part 4

Week 4 of Dr. Mao’s 8 Week Program to add years to your life.
The 5 new habits to introduce this week should be incorporated with the previous 3 weeks habits.

1. Slow down, chew your food thoroughly, and savor the flavor.
2. Drink 1 to 2 cups of schisandra tea, or take in capsule form.
3. Enjoy a pick me up of flowers, music, or design.
4. Do two sets of 10 squats, push ups, or leg presses.
5. Schedule one night for yourself; say no to a commitment.

Tips:
1. Swap sugar for Agave nectar.
2. Replace all refined sweets with fruit.
3. Breathe in and out 5 to ten times breathing in for 4 seconds and holding it for 2 seconds and slowly breathing out and be sure to get a nice deep breath.
