When your frustrated, annoyed, angry, pissy, hot, and just having a crappy day then this post is for you. 60 Seconds of Slapping is a wonderful way to have a brief “time-out” and calm down, breathe, and get some of the daily frustrations out of your system leaving you stress free and with a grin afterward. Like a sixty second proverbial “bitch slap” to whatever frustration and or irritation you may be feeling. Feeling angry, mad, upset, flusttered, and annoyed are all valid feelings and emotions that need an outlet and this video is just that. Just remember physical violence and stressing out is not the answer. This video is a healthy alternative to channeling those feelings in the right way and with humor.
