Like it! All the foods I like and eat except turmeric. I never know how to use it.

You know what I do is I take a cold glass of water with one lemon and some lemon zest from the peel, add a quarter of a teaspoon of cinammon, little less than a quarter teaspoon turmeric, a shake of cayanne pepper, some minced ginger, and a table spoon of manuka honey or organic brown sugar and add some cubes of ice then try and shake really well in a cocktail mixer if you have and then drink a few of these a day. So refreshing and good for you. The individual flavors you can hardly taste, but blended with just a little sweet and the lemon is so refreshing and really easy. sometimes instead of sugar and water I will just do cherry seltzer for a change and although it isn’t all natural, you can still get the good nutrients and a fraction of all those sugar drinks and beverages, even less that fresh juices like orange, cranberry, or pineapple. Those are just as bad as soda.
